Basic Programs

Little Eagle - This program is designed for children ages 3 to 5. Courses focus on discipline and developing respect. Instructors help students develop their potential through praise and behavioral reinforcement. Students will develop better coordination and learn the basics of taekwondo.

Basic Program - This program is designed for children ages 6 and up. Children will start at the lowest belt (white) and have the opportunity to work their way up to black belt. The program emphasizes discipline, personal courage, taking responsibility and self-defense. As students progress through the belts they will be instructed in more advanced techniques and will have the opportunity to participate in some of our specialty programs.

Black Belt Club (BBC) - This program is for students who are extra dedicated to earnning their black belt and wish to hone their skills with special training geared towards advanced students. Students in this program are given the opportunity to wear patches demonstrating their senority and to try out for the school Demo Team.

Teen & Adult Program - This program emphasizes physical fitness, discipline and flexibility. Classes focus on areas of taekwondo that can be beneficial in personal and professional life. Instructors gear classes to the physical fitness and age level of participants. In addition to the physical components students are instructed on ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle and prevent injury.

Specialty Programs

Private Lessons - Students wishing to receive more individual attention or individuals who wish to try martial arts on an individual basis are given the opportunity to schedule lessons in the early afternoon. All private lessons will be held onsite. Please note that students who are not enrolled in group classes at our school will not qualify for belt testing.

Demo Team - The demo team is a very prestigious group of dedicated students who have volunteered to truly master taekwondo. Members of the demo team participate in a variety of in-house and community demonstrations that highlight forms, sparring, board breaking and self-defense. Only the best students are allowed to participate and students wear the "demo team" patch with pride.

Leadership Class - All students who assist our instructors with teaching are required to spend 45 minutes each week learning how to instruct martial arts. In these classes they will perfect techniques and learn how to best motivate the students they will be teaching. Only those who are invited by Grandmaster Kim are allowed to attend these classes.
